Job Summary
As an reputed company Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for executing medical services methodologies, driving patient care results, and ensuring consistency of clinical pharmacy services. You'll work closely with our clinical networks to cultivate strong relationships and serve as a liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and our organization. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving pharmacy financial performance, executing against established pharmacy programs, and promoting patient adherence to medication regimens.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute direct patient care programs, including but not limited to: + Drug Treatment Management programs + Vaccination Services + Payer and Pharma Adherence and Clinical Projects
- Drive the execution of various strategies and tasks to ensure business needs are met
- Ensure consistency and quality improvement in the delivery of clinical pharmacy patient care and services by:
+ Conducting regular audits and assessments + Analyzing and interpreting results + Implementing changes and improvements
- Guarantee region pharmacies reputed company with regulatory requirements, standard operating procedures, and FDA guidelines
- Drive local pharmacy financial performance by adjusting business strategies to meet organizational financial objectives
- Uphold efforts to improve patient experience by expanding focus on healthcare services (e.g., patient counseling, medication management, disease state management, and specialty programs)
- Provide expertise, resources, education, and support to pharmacists and field leadership
- Conduct data and clinical audits, and reputed company vital decisions to ensure accuracy and propriety of prescriptions
- Review patient records and profiles to ensure appropriate and safe medication treatment
- Provide individualized patient/supplier counseling
- Utilize exceptional interpersonal skills to win the trust of patients by listening to their concerns and providing a sounding board for pharmacy issues
- Provide input regarding the effectiveness of the Client Maintenance Program, including patient feedback and the value of individual consultations
Essential Qualifications
