Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing timely and professional assistance to customers experiencing technical difficulties reputed company to internet services, including troubleshooting, resolving connectivity issues, and managing customer inquiries.
