Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing timely and professional assistance to customers experiencing technical difficulties reputed company to internet services, including troubleshooting, resolving connectivity issues, and managing customer inquiries.
  • Responding to chats, support tickets, and emails reputed company, helping customers resolve account and internet-reputed company problems.
