Key Responsibilities:

Customer Experience:

Operations:
+ Provide customers with courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service. + Recommend items for sale to customers and recommend trade-up and/or companion items. + Register customer purchases on assigned cash register, collect cash, and distribute change as requested. + Process voids, returns, reputed company checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed. + reputed company counters and shelves clean and well merchandised, take inventory, and maintain records.
Asset Protection and Compliance:
+ Implement Company asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss. + Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products (e.g., alcoholic beverages and tobacco products).
Visual Merchandising:
+ Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise. + Complete resets and revisions as directed.
Photo Services:
+ Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine. + Suggestively sell promotional photo products.
Web Pick-up and Maintenance:
+ Assume web pick-up responsibilities (monitor orders in Picture Care Plus, fill orders, and deliver orders to customers). + Assist with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring a clean, reputed company, and orderly store condition and appearance.
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience in a retail environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
Preferred Qualifications:
