Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative – Chat, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling a wide range of customer inquiries reputed company online chat, providing accurate and timely responses that meet their needs
- Providing in-depth information about our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing

Requirements

- Attend 4 weeks of comprehensive training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 10am-6:30pm CST
- Demonstrate a strong ability to multitask, with a preference for gaming experience (although not necessary)
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on delivering clear and concise responses
- Be able to adapt to change and reputed company in a dynamic work environment
