Job Summary
We're seeking highly skilled and enthusiastic Chat Operators to join reputed company in Pittsburgh, PA. As a Chat Operator, you'll engage in online conversations with customers, representing our automotive dealer clients favorably. Your goal is to turn conversations into leads that help our clients generate reputed company. Key Responsibilities
* Engage in online conversations with customers reputed company live chat, email, and phone
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
- Use your gaming experience to create a fun and engaging experience for customers
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution reputed company, and customer satisfaction

Requirements

- Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions (this is a remote position)
- Ability to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
- Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred
- Gaming experience is preferred
Essential Qualifications
