Job Summary
We're seeking highly skilled and motivated Chat Operators to join reputed company in Wichita, KS. As a Chat Operator, you'll engage in online conversations with customers, representing our automotive dealer clients favorably. Key Responsibilities
* Engage in online conversations with customers reputed company live chat, representing arenaflex's automotive dealer clients favorably
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize your gaming expertise to create memorable interactions and build strong relationships with customers
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
- Collaborate with reputed company to reputed company and implement strategies that drive reputed company growth and customer engagement
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and best practices
Requirements
* Must live reputed company the state of Kansas
- Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
- Computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th reputed company reputed company Core (3 equivalent or higher)
- Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions (this is a remote position)
- Ability to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
- Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred
- Gaming experience is preferred
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a reputed company field (e.g., communications, marketing, business) preferred
- 1+ year of experience in customer-facing roles, including chat, phone, or in-person interactions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve reputed company issues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
