Job Responsibilities:
As a Specialty Pharmacy Technician - Data Entry Transplant, you will be responsible for:
- Routing questionable prescriptions to the pharmacist for completion
- Making outbound calls/faxing physicians for prescription clarification, substitutions, and formulary changes
- Working in a high-production environment, multitasking between patient referrals while maintaining excellent customer service
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborating with the pharmacy team to resolve patient issues and concerns
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Participating in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on regulatory requirements, new technologies, and best practices
Requirements:
* 1+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician
- Pharmacy Tech Certified in the state of GA
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking between multiple tasks and priorities
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in reputed company Office and pharmacy software systems
- Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
* Specialty pharmacy experience
- Call center experience
- Prescription adjudication experience, communicating with prescribers regarding case status and assessing prescription claim issues

Pay Range:
The typical pay range for this role is: Minimum: $17.00 Maximum: $27.90 Please note that this range represents the pay range for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
