Job Summary
As a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone and chat support. Responsibilities

Requirements
* 2-3 years' experience in a business/professional environment, preferably in the service industry.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients across multiple channels.
- Ability to deliver high-level client service under high volume, with a strong focus on quality and efficiency.
- Strong computer literacy and internet savvy, with e-commerce experience preferred.
- Experience with Windows-based applications and client relationship management tools.
- Excellent data entry skills with a typing speed of 45-55 wpm minimum.
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic shift environment, including weekends and evenings.
