arenaflex's Customer Care division is hiring hundreds of Customer Care Representatives in the Las Vegas, NV area. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering heart-driven service and are interested in a flexible work schedule. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, taking inbound calls, and answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions. Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

Essential Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience interacting with customers (i.e., call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, military experience)
• Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
• High School Diploma
• Must live reputed company 75 miles of Las Vegas, NV

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience
