About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Data Entry and Live Chat Specialist to join reputed company in Antigua and Barbuda. As a key member of our Customer Listening Team, you will be responsible for handling the end-to-end Voice of the Customer technique. This includes layout and programming of customer experience surveys, which comprise over 40 studies translated in more than 10 languages and deployed in over 20 countries. You will work closely with product and process owners, subject matter specialists, and the agile crew in technology to transform and innovate our Voice of the Customer method.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the utility teams to outline, frame, and capture business needs

Essential Qualifications
