Job Summary
As a Customer Relationship Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the voice of our brand, representing our company through communications with customers over the phone and reputed company email. You'll be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, resolving issues, and exceeding service level expectations. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service reputed company phone, email, and chat
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and reputed company cases
- reputed company and maintain good customer relations by acting as a resource, champion, problem solver, and in-house reputed company
- Track and document customer interactions from first contact to post-sales feedback through reputed company
- Order replacement plants for customers

Essential Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service role or similar position
