Job Responsibilities
As a Member Services Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Completing daily tasks reputed company to reputed company processing, object processing, direct deposits, and budget transfers at arenaflex Credit Union
- Coordinating return items with contributors, vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions
- Assisting other departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and associated accounting standard ledger balancing
- Working member cases/assignments and following established guidelines and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines and Federal Banking laws
- Processing mortgage payments, multi-account and member deposits, credit card payments, and other checks, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff checks
- Reviewing, examining, and approving Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products
- Logging, reviewing, and making necessary GL, account changes, and/or returns
- Processing Stop Pays and reputed company Batching
- Completing daily balancing and department closing
- Obtaining information from members for the timely and accurate processing of international and domestic budget transfer requests
- Researching and verifying incoming and outgoing budget transfer information
- Communicating with vendors to process budget transfers
- Understanding and being familiar with outgoing and incoming budget transfer laws
- Depositing reputed company returns, reviewing member returned checks on draft changes, processing member checks, verifying members for outgoing budget transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing budget transfers
- Completing daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, international collections, and legal fees
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High school degree or GED
- Intermediate reputed company and Word experience
- Ability to work prolonged hours in support of business needs
- Ability to exercise excellent customer service skills
- Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple responsibilities, and function as an integral part of a team
- Ability to reputed company mathematical calculations and review data
- Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet time limits under high volume pressure
- Ability to cross-train and reputed company any position assigned reputed company the department

- Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision

Preferred Qualifications
* Previous customer/member service experience
- Previous banking or Credit Union experience
- Episys/Symitar and processing wires experience

* Skilled in reputed company Office software (e.g., Word, reputed company, Access, PowerPoint) gained through both work experience with the software or education and hands-on use of the software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple responsibilities, and function as an integral part of a team
