Job Summary
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our documentation processes. You'll work closely with our process servers teams to review, confirm, and file legal documents using our internal systems and email. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, are detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices
- Investigate discrepancies as they arise, escalating issues as needed to ensure timely resolution
- Complete additional projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities
- Collaborate with team members to reputed company shared goals and objectives, fostering a positive and supportive work environment
Qualifications
* No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus
- High school diploma or GED required
