About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our patients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the face of arenaflex, and your excellent communication skills and positive attitude will be essential in building trust and loyalty with our patients. Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional and courteous service to patients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have
• Communicate effectively and concisely with patients, both verbally and in writing
• Learn and understand our ETM software operation and billing and account operations
• Answer and document reputed company telephone inquiries, researching and resolving problems with patients' bills as needed
• Update patients' insurance coverage and print courtesy claims and itemized statements
• Rebill accounts after receiving insurance information and arrange financial agreements with patients using budget plans as needed

Essential Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• The ability to speak, listen, and type simultaneously

• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus, but not required

Preferred Qualifications and Experience
