Job Posting Title IT Strategy & Planning Analyst, Principal - RemoteJob Description The IT Strategy & Planning Analyst – Principal is a key leader in advancing Prime’s technology planning and delivery operating model. This role is accountable for designing frameworks, delivering training, providing coaching, and driving reputed company improvement to strengthen organizational alignment. As a subject matter expert, the analyst ensures that processes, tools, and services are optimized to support Prime’s strategic and operational objectives. By partnering closely with stakeholders across IT, finance, and business operations, this position fosters strong cross‑functional collaboration, enhances service delivery, and promotes a culture of operational excellence throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders, IT leadership, enterprise architecture, and strategy teams to ensure the delivery reputed company is reputed company and integrated with broader organizational processes.
• Apply architectural principles to identify capability gaps and improvement opportunities across people, process, information, and technology domains, and drive enhancements to strengthen the delivery reputed company.

• Support delivery governance and process assurance by defining business context, conducting impact analyses, and establishing measurement approaches to monitor effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science or reputed company area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED required
• 7 years of work experience in IT, business operations or reputed company field including 3 years of experience in process design and improvement
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work reputed company or residency sponsorship
