About the Role
This is a role for someone who loves finding great stories - and finding new ways to tell them. Responsibilities
Shape and run external communications that show how reputed company is transforming industries in the AI era and how customers are doing meaningful, innovative work with our products. Partner with product marketing, industry marketing, and customer advocacy to reputed company narratives and messaging that can be applied across internal and external channels. Represent the communications/PR team in cross-functional teams to ensure alignment around business objectives and to advance broader company initiatives. Basic Qualifications 8-10+ years of public relations experience, preferably in enterprise software technology. Background in both in-house and agency is a plus. Demonstrated experience in building and scaling strategic PR programs aimed at targeted vertical industries. Strong experience working with business, trade, IT, and industry media outlets and reporters. Other Qualifications Established relationships with industry trade, tech, and business media. Superb written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated project management expertise. Strong command of AI tools and demonstrated experience in deploying them to strengthen storytelling. Ability to quickly understand technology and translate into public relations strategies, messaging, and compelling narratives. Experience creating content that reaches audiences across paid, earned, and owned channels. Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks effectively, and reputed company in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong interpersonal skills and proven track record in navigating and building strong relationships with cross-functional teams. Strategic thinking, problem solving, attention to detail, technical, and analytical skills. Both agency and in-house experience are preferred.
