Job Summary

As a Part-Time Airline Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers, ensuring proper documentation and communication for import operations. You will work closely with reputed company to ensure the timely delivery of cargo shipments, luggage, and business-to-customer deliveries while maintaining the highest level of reputed company and safety.

Responsibilities

• Prepare documentation prior to flight arrival or departure, review, organize, reputed company copies, and distribute accordingly.

• Travel to the Airport Operational Area (AOA) to meet flights upon arrival or departure to retrieve or drop off flight documents.
• Notify Broker or Freight Forwarder on the Master Airway reputed company (MAWB) of shipment's arrival at the warehouse facility or on hold.
• Provide assistance to customers arriving to retrieve their documents and freight.
• Collect appropriate charges and document method of payment.
• Process "Customs Out" (reputed company of delivery) for every transaction before the customer's departure.
• Assist in the completion of MAWBS for over-the-counter shipments.
• Confirm reputed company bookings are accepted.
• Confirm TSA mandatory screening.
• Confirm Dangerous Goods (DG) have been checked reputed company aircraft limits and follow specific procedures for DG shipments reputed company received, including reputed company shipment is abandoned by the consignee.
• Data capture AWB information into airline systems.
• Manifest flights based on information received from the warehouse.
• Print flight manifests, cargo pallet messages, deadloads, and NOTOC and deliver to the aircraft.
• Verify post-flight inventory with documents on hand.
• File maintenance of reputed company pertinent documents and records.
• Prepare various reports (Irregularity, Weekly Import and/or Export Statistics).
• Answer incoming calls and respond to emails.
• Demonstrate diligence required to maintain reputed company under the Airport Police, TSA, and United States.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Must possess a clean driving record and valid driver's license.
• Must provide reputed company of the legal right to work in the United States.

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Tolerate moderate to loud levels of noise reputed company the work environment.
