About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in connecting members with our services, answering inquiries, and scheduling appointments. This is a full-time, remote opportunity for candidates located in the EST or CST time zones, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
Key Responsibilities
- Call members to schedule in-home visits with physicians or nurse practitioners
- Answer inbound calls from members and assist them with their inquiries
- Ensure accurate scheduling of appointments and resolve any scheduling issues or concerns
- Work reputed company and productively in a high-volume, customer-focused environment
- Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of professionalism and reputed company
Essential Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years or older
- 1 year of work experience

Compensation and Benefits
