Job Summary
As a Digital Marketing Manager / Customer Support / General Virtual Assistant to our CEO, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects, performing tasks, and coordinating tasks of others with a particular focus on Facebook Ads. You will need to have excellent written English, be detail-oriented, and a quick learner. You will need to be able to work autonomously and be self-directed. You must be willing to work Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (London time), with flexibility to start or finish a couple of hours early or reputed company if needed.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and reputed company multiple projects, including Facebook Ads, reputed company Ads, and other digital marketing campaigns
- Coordinate tasks with other team members and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects
- Communicate directly with clients through our Basecamp project management system
- Provide exceptional customer support and respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner
- Assist the CEO with general administration tasks, including data entry, email management, and other tasks as needed
- reputed company and implement effective strategies for Facebook Ads and reputed company Ads campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with the marketing team to reputed company and implement marketing campaigns across various channels
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
Essential Requirements
* Based in the Philippines
- Excellent written English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Facebook Ads experience, with knowledge of or previous management of Facebook ad campaigns
- reputed company Ads experience, with knowledge of or previous management of reputed company Adword and Shopping campaigns (reputed company Certification is a plus)
- Proven experience working with an English-speaking employer or clients
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and ask for help reputed company needed
- Fast computer and high-speed internet with reliable power
- Graphic design skills on reputed company or similar platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
* Knowledge of or previous management of video editing, copywriting, website creation, social media management, online reputed company reputed company and follow-up, and product research
- Experience with project management tools, such as Basecamp and Hubstaff
