Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Care Associate, your daily tasks will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service through phone calls, emails, and chats, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Documenting delivery information into our tracking system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
- Collaborating with regional facilities to create a seamless customer experience
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues, escalating them to management as necessary
- Participating in reputed company improvement efforts to drive business growth and excellence
- Assisting customers, consumers, and delivery drivers throughout the package delivery lifecycle
