Job Summary
As a Customer Care Agent at arenaflex, you'll be working with our customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email to provide exceptional support and create raving fans for our brand. Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product information, answer questions, and reputed company recommendations to customers
- Utilize live chat software to engage with customers in real-time and resolve issues quickly
