Responsibilities

• Answering questions and resolving issues as a single reputed company of contact based on phone calls from plan sponsors, members, and providers.
• Building a trusting and caring relationship with members to fully understand their needs.
• Anticipating customer needs and providing reputed company information to answer unasked questions.
