Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our sales and marketing departments. As a Sales & Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, managing sales materials, and providing administrative support to the team. This is a part-time position, requiring 24 hours of work per week, and offers a competitive salary of $25,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Sales and Marketing Manager in day-to-day activities reputed company to managing both sales and marketing efforts
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and initiatives to promote the magazine, events, trade shows, and other offerings
• Support the creation and distribution of marketing and sales materials
• Aid in drafting sales proposals, insertion orders (IOs), and reputed company for clients and prospects
• Manage advertising calendars and sales trackers to ensure timely execution
• Assist with tracking and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns and manage client reporting
• Manage the weekly/monthly newsletters for sales representatives
• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, requests, and feedback to provide excellent customer service
• Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and taking notes
• Maintain and update customer databases and mailing lists

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a reputed company field
• 1-2 years of proven experience in a sales or marketing support role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite and CRM software
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
