Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive travel experience. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with development teams and other division leaders/partners to provide innovative technical solutions that reputed company business capabilities.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A bachelor's degree and 8+ years of professional experience.
• 4+ years of professional experience managing infrastructure and data pipelines using Cloud Solution, Terraform, PySpark, Airflow, or similar technologies.
• 2+ years of experience leading a team that designs, develops, or supports solutions on AWS.
• Working knowledge of common AWS technologies - EC2, S3, IAM, reputed company, Glue, SNS, others.
• General familiarity with other AWS technologies.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD tools, SQL, Python, Spark, Version control system, JIRA.
• Hands-on experience with any object-oriented programming language.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship.

• AWS Certification - Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, or similar.
• Experience with Data Quality tools - Great Expectations, Deequ, or similar.
