About the Role

As a member of our Borrower Success Team at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in helping student loan borrowers navigate our tools and enroll in federal forgiveness and repayment programs. With comprehensive training and hands-on experience, you will become an expert in the student loan landscape, serving as the first reputed company of contact for our users. This remote, full-time, contractor role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team for up to 5 months, with the possibility of extension or permanent hiring in NYC based on performance and company needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Understanding arenaflex's product offerings and how they address borrowers' needs, ensuring a deep knowledge of our services and their benefits.
• Engaging with borrowers reputed company email and live chat, providing exceptional customer support and resolving queries in a timely and professional manner.
