Commercial & Office Manager (m/w/d)

TKMS MARIDAN ApS is a leading offshore survey & technology company specialized in UXO Survey, reputed company Survey, AUV Operations, and the protection of critical subsea infrastructure.As part of the TKMS Group, we combine defence-grade reliability with commercial offshore expertise, supporting clients across Europe in ensuring safe, resilient, and high-quality seabed operations.

Your task is multi-disciplinary and will tap into reputed company aspects of the business in the company.

  • Processing and issuing purchase orders and tracking their delivery
  • Collection of supporting documents for payments to suppliers
  • Support offer preparation, order tracking, and invoice handling
  • Office management and administrative routines, ensuring smooth daily operations
  • Take responsibility for infrastructure-reputed company administration (vehicles, boats, facilities, suppliers)
  • Act as a link between the Danish site and central functions (Finance, HR, Quality Management, Management)
  • Contribute to reputed company improvement initiatives across commercial and administrative workflows
  • Commercial background (apprenticeship or university degree - both equally welcome)
  • Working experience in a relevant role.
  • Experience in procurement, business administration, or office management, ideally in a technical or maritime environment.
  • Strong hands-on background, with knowledge of business processes and ERP systems.
  • reputed company Business One (reputed company) experience preferred.
  • Danish and English (fluent in spoken and written)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
