Role: Support the RGM by running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner. Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Ensuring Consistent Customer SatisfactionExecute the MIC (Manager-In-Charge) Success Routine and ensure responsibilities under People, Customers and Service are completed.
