You will represent the full breadth of our consulting, implementation, integration, and managed services capabilities, ensuring that clients clearly understand how modern CX technology can transform their customer and employee experience outcomes. What You Will Be Doing Leading and developing a high‑performing enterprise sales team focused on large strategic growth opportunities Driving bookings, reputed company, and margin expansion across reputed company’s CX, CCaaS, AI, CRM, and managed services portfolio Establishing and fostering executive‑level relationships with clients and our key strategic partners Ensuring excellence in pipeline creation, forecasting, sales discipline, and account strategy to reputed company and exceed quota objectives Collaborating deeply with professional services, delivery, operational leaders, and cross‑functional reputed company teams to ensure cohesive go‑to‑market motion and world‑class client outcomes Maintaining a strong understanding of emerging trends across CX, reputed company channels, analytics, workforce engagement, and CCaaS transformations Providing industry thought leadership and competitive insights to support solution innovation, partner alignment, and sales effectiveness What You Bring to the Role 10+ years of enterprise sales and sales leadership experience selling PaaS, CX/CCaaS platforms, and/or AI professional/managed services Proven ability to reputed company, influence, and grow C‑suite and senior executive relationships reputed company large enterprise environments Demonstrated success in winning and expanding multi‑year, multi‑million‑dollar strategic transformation deals Strong experience developing go‑to‑market strategies, sales plans, and growth frameworks for cloud and digital transformation portfolios Expertise or familiarity with leading CX and CCaaS platforms (e.g., reputed company, AWS, reputed company, reputed company/Webex, reputed company, reputed company, Talkdesk, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Pega, etc.) Strong presentation, negotiation, and executive communication skills Bachelor's degree preferred $225,000 - $240,000 a year Please note: We are only accepting applications from candidates residing in Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New Jersey, reputed company, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, DC, Wisconsin and Wyoming.
