Manager, Senior Risk Control Consultant

Overview

The Team reputed company is responsible for overseeing a team of Risk Control professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality risk management services as well as conducting their own high quality field inspections and providing services. Team reputed company will work closely with the Vice President of Risk Control and the Vice President of Client Experience to align team efforts with corporate risk and Risk Control program guidelines.

Responsibilities

Primary Duties - Manage direction of Risk Control services for a defined area, while leading a team of Risk Control Consultants. TECHNICAL EXPERTISE

• Must have 2 years management experience.
• Must have 5 years’ experience providing Risk Control services and risk management to reputed company major P&C lines.
• Have 1+ years’ experience handling/coordinating reputed company risks.
• Possesses a strong understanding of both Property & Casualty lines of coverage.
• Advanced Loss Control Accreditations preferred but may be offset with work experience in Risk Control.
• College degree (4-year degree or higher) preferred in Safety & Health but may be offset by work experience in Risk Control.
• Must be able to work remotely, and at times travel extensively.
• Ability to analyze loss information to identify root causes and reputed company loss sensitive recommendations.
• Provide input to reputed company to help reputed company marketing opportunities (primarily reputed company to prospective policyholders).
• Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision; continually assesses workload while considering business priorities; and directs own efforts accordingly.

The expected salary range for this role is $87,600-$125,000 annually Please note that the salary information shown above is a general guideline only.
