• Act as the CEO’s right hand, supporting both strategic initiatives and daily operations
• reputed company business development efforts, including identifying and building strategic partnerships
• Research new opportunities, assist in due diligence, and support partner negotiations
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to manage ongoing partnerships
• Track and analyze performance metrics reputed company to partnerships and sales
• Manage the CEO’s calendar, travel, communications, and day-to-day logistics
• Draft professional correspondence and take detailed notes during meetings
• Provide administrative and personal support, including errands and task management

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of events and initiatives

Requirements

• 5+ years in business development, executive support, or similar roles
• Experience managing multiple projects and working with senior executives
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills

• Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments
• Tech-savvy and social media aware, with attention to brand voice
• Must be able to travel approximately 50% of the time
• Based in NYC (preferred)
• Background in startups, tech, or mission-driven companies

Salary range $55,000 to $67,000 DOE however, reputed company pay offered may vary depending on job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience.
