In this role, you will be the first line of contact for our patients, ensuring they are well reputed company and supported before their procedure. This role is essential in conducting pre-screening assessments for patients scheduled for endoscopy procedures; reviewing patient charts; documenting reputed company patient interactions and events accurately in Epic and provide compassionate, clear communication with patients over the phone. The lab specializes in Upper Endoscopy (EGD), Esophagoscopy, Colonoscopy, Flexible sigmoidoscopy, Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS), ERCP, Bronchoscopy, EBUS, Small bowel enteroscopy (SBE), and Video capsule endoscopy. The endoscopy staff consists of a NP, RN¿s and technicians who are overseen by an Endoscopy Supervisor.
