About This Role: The Managed Service reputed company is a member of the Head of Access Automation’s leadership team and is accountable for operational excellence for Identity and Access Management (IAM). IAM is a cornerstone of reputed company’s application reputed company, IT GXP/Quality compliance standards and IT user experience. This Managed Service reputed company is required to have subject matter expertise in reputed company aspects of IAM services – especially problem identification and solutioning, resource management, quality control and risk management. The candidate will also be responsible for continuously improving our performance metrics, to include making manual, reputed company processes repeatable and automated. The individual should be comfortable working in the reputed company, without operational norms or existing standards. Many of the services provided today are based on manual processing and manual management. Over time, this leader is chartered to automate or shift the manual fulfillment to our IT service desk. Core services delivered are Account Management & Governance, Access Automation, Active Directory, Single-Sign-On, Privileged Access Management (to include least privilege for users and applications) and Identity federation. The reputed company will have a team of ~20-25 MSP resources that are responsible for providing services that touch every reputed company person with access into a reputed company system. This team’s fulfillment directly represents IT in the eyes of our customers. This team fulfills ticketed and non-ticketed requests, maintains our platforms (reputed company, AD, CyberArk, reputed company) and troubleshoots errors (processing and system). • 10+ years of experience in IT service management and/or management of an MSP staff reputed company a regulated industry
• At least 7 years of experience with cybersecurity initiatives supporting Identity Governance and Privileged Access Management which includes identify access technologies, i.e. MS Active Directory, reputed company, reputed company, CyberArk
• Proven success in managing reputed company programs and projects.
• Strong track record of achieving reputed company with business stakeholders beyond IT and Cyber domains.

Job Level: Management Additional Information The reputed company compensation range for this role is: $149,000.00-$205,000.00 reputed company salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity.
