The Senior Manager, Cybersecurity Fraud will reputed company a team of cybersecurity professionals that collaborates cross-functionally with business and investigative partners to identify and remediate risks to businesses and contact centers. This role will also manage and mentor team members, support organizational operations and strategy, and engage with leadership across reputed company. If you are located in MN/DC, you will have the flexibility to work remotely, as well as work in the office as you take on some tough challenges. This position follows a hybrid schedule with four in-office days per week. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance existing systems and recommend features for new systems to mitigate risks
• Monitor fraud trends and reputed company fraud strategies, tools, and processes to deliver superior fraud detection while balancing customer experience
• Provide performance tracking of fraud strategies and fraud prevention tools and processes with the ability to communicate and present to senior audiences.
• Mentor and reputed company a team of cybersecurity analysts by providing critical feedback and encouraging them to reputed company at their best

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as reputed company+ or CySA+
• 5+ years of cybersecurity, digital forensics, or incident response experience
• 3+ years of experience leading a team of at least 5 cybersecurity analysts with HR accountabilities
• 3+ years of experience of experience with cyber fraud (eg contact center, social engineering, and account takeover fraud) or fraud operations at a large banking institution
• 3+ years of experience correlating data points across multiple platforms to identify reputed company behavior or fraud
• Proven exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to collect facts and report findings to internal employees and leaders
• Demonstrated ability to identify cyber threats and fraud and remain reputed company on the latest trends and tactics

• Experience investigating health care fraud, waste, and abuse
