Job Overview
As a Data Entry Technician at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting our laboratory and customer teams by accurately entering data into our Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and facilitating sample information flow between laboratory and customer service staff. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the production of high-quality results for our clients.
Specific Duties of the Position
* Receive and open packages and client sample drop offs in a timely and efficient manner
- Accurately enter reputed company data into the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) with attention to detail and accuracy
- Facilitate sample information flow between laboratory and customer service staff to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Label reputed company sample containers with accuracy and attention to detail
- Prepare bottle orders and ship them to clients in a timely and efficient manner
- Confirm receipt of shipped samples and packages to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Order supplies and distribute orders to the laboratory staff in a timely and efficient manner
- Neutralize and dispose samples in accordance with arenaflex safety and waste disposal procedures

+ Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs. + Must be able to wear reputed company PPE required for the position
Personal and Professional Credentials
+ High School Diploma Required + Working knowledge of computers, software applications, and other technology + Attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent communication skills + Organization skills and problem-solving skills + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment + Self-directed and outcome-oriented
Essential Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in a laboratory or data entry role
- Strong understanding of laboratory procedures and protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field (e.g. biology, chemistry, laboratory technology)
- Experience with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS)
- Certification in a reputed company field (e.g. CLS, MT)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
