Key Responsibilities

As a Work at Home Inbound Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining positive customer relations by addressing reputed company types of product-reputed company concerns
  • Taking orders, verifying information, tracking packages, and answering customer questions
  • Working from home, navigating through multiple systems, and entering information using your keyboard, including function keys, while speaking with customers on the phone

Training Requirements

As a Work at Home Inbound Customer Service Representative, you will be required to complete a comprehensive training program, which includes:

  • 1st Shift Training: 2 weeks (Monday to Friday), 8:30am-3:30pm CST
  • 2nd Shift Training: 2 weeks (Monday to Friday), 5:00pm-11:00pm CST
  • Weekend Training: 3 weekends (Saturday to Sunday), 8:00am-4:00pm CST
