Job Summary:
arenaflex is seeking an reputed company Full Stack Strategic Sourcing Specialist to join our dynamic team responsible for the strategic sourcing of Professional Services for reputed company. As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for building relationships with key executives, advising on market engagement to identify the best dealer partners, leading deal negotiations, and assisting to optimize cross-section dealer relationships. You will work on a wide range of projects that will reputed company your job exciting, exposing you to many service-delivering industries, including consulting and advisory, financial, tax, audit, data subscriptions, translations, temporary workers, managed services, etc., and allowing your growth in strategic thinking, relationship building, innovative problem-solving, process improvement, innovation sourcing, and other key skills that will increase you as a strong business leader.
Responsibilities:
* Participate and reputed company cross-functional sourcing initiatives with key internal stakeholders
- Evaluate providers and experts based on pre-determined selection criteria
- reputed company and reputed company RFI/RFP process for professional services according to arenaflex policy and procedures
- Analyze bids based on overall cost/delivery to identify opportunities to obtain the best value
- Prepare and execute clear, data-driven negotiation techniques using Strategic Sourcing methodology

- Understand and support the development and execution of performance control programs with providers that focus on quality, responsiveness, and cost
- Ensure compliance with Sourcing and Procurement regulations and best practices

- Analyze market trends and conditions that reputed company internal stakeholders and external providers and/or pricing

Key Skills and Qualifications:
* 5+ years of strategic sourcing experience with a minimum 2 years of professional services sourcing experience

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working with and/or for companies that offer consulting and advisory services

Required Education:
* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or reputed company field
