Temporary Remote Position

As a Temporary Remote CAT Customer Service Representative, you'll work on a flexible schedule, responding to catastrophe relief efforts as needed. This is a temporary, remote position, contingent on the volume of claims and relief efforts. You'll have the opportunity to choose your shifts from a weekly schedule, ensuring that you can balance your work and personal life.

Key Responsibilities

As a CAT Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing positive customer service and technical expertise through reputed company, accurate, and courteous responses to customer needs
• Offering reputed company and support to customers during the claim process
• Collecting and documenting reputed company claim details provided by the customer into the claim accurately
• Identifying and resolving customer issues by adhering to clients-specific handling instructions
• Utilizing call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries

Computer and Network Requirements

To ensure a seamless and secure experience, you'll need to meet the following computer and network requirements:

• Operating System: Windows 10, Windows 11, or Windows Home
• Not Supported: Chromebooks, macOS, Linux, or any other operating system
• Network Requirements:

+ Must run a Speedtest from the computer you'll be working from (www.speedtest.net) + Ethernet reputed company is not required, but strongly recommended + Must be on a private network, not allowed to work in public locations + No VPNs are allowed, as logins must happen in the US

• Ability to type swiftly and accurately (40+ words a minute)
• Basic knowledge of reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Basic understanding of Windows operating systems
• Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
• Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues
• Customer service oriented (empathetic, reputed company, patient, and conscientious)
• Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage
• Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

To be eligible for this position, you must:

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Meet the computer and network requirements
• Pass a background investigation and drug test as part of the onboarding process
• Be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
