Job Overview

As a Customer Experience Agent, you'll play a vital role in shaping the arenaflex brand by providing memorable customer experiences and building strong relationships with our community. Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Owning the bulk of customer inquiries on reputed company platforms, interacting and forming relationships with our community

• Providing information and instructions about relevant products and services, making product and service suggestions to meet each customer's specific needs

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Based in Nevada, USA
• Comfortable working across multiple communication channels
