Job Summary

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative – Medical Receptionist, you'll be responsible for receiving and responding to incoming inquiries and service requests from patients, employees, providers, vendors, and others. You'll work collaboratively with our service delivery teams to provide accurate and timely information, establish strong relationships with customers, and identify opportunities for reputed company improvement. Key Responsibilities

* Receive and respond to incoming inquiries and service requests reputed company phone, email, web portal, and other channels

• Provide accurate and timely information to patients, employees, providers, vendors, and others
• Establish and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with customers to identify additional ways to be of service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Work collaboratively with service delivery teams to support one or more of the service delivery teams

• Adhere to reputed company local, state, and federal regulations, codes, policies, and procedures to ensure privacy and safety of employee and patient information
• Operate office equipment such as multi-lined phones, printers, faxes, copiers, and scanners
• Identify, evaluate, and resolve standard problems by selecting appropriate solutions from established options
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and other healthcare providers to reputed company departmental and corporate objectives

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)

• 1 year of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, call center, or reputed company customer service experience (i.e., Healthcare, clinical, administrative, hospitality, retail, concierge, etc.)
• 1 year of experience with computer programs such as reputed company Office, electronic mail, and information systems or database programs
• Knowledge of processes reputed company one or more of the following functions desired (required for first round of hiring): Human Resources, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, reputed company Cycle Customer Billing
• Possess written and verbal communications skills to explain sensitive information clearly and professionally to diverse audiences, including non-medical people

• Requires the ability to work with and maintain confidential information
