Job Summary
As a Medical Record/Data Entry Clerk/Project Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing critical support to our reputed company Recovery Department. This hybrid role combines remote and in-office work, with a 2/3 days on/off mix. You will work closely with reputed company to retrieve patient medical records, generate and prepare patient itemized bills, extract and enter necessary information from hospital patient accounting systems, and reputed company various other tasks to support our reputed company recovery efforts.
Key Responsibilities
* Retrieve patient medical records from various hospital systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Generate and prepare patient itemized bills in appropriate formats for internal and external audits
- Extract and enter necessary information from hospital patient accounting systems, maintaining data reputed company and accuracy
- reputed company phone calls to post-acute healthcare facilities to obtain information needed on patients, demonstrating excellent communication skills
- Run and create reports to support reputed company recovery efforts, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities

Essential Qualifications
