Required Skills: - Experience in Behavioral Health, Ambulatory, Inpatient, Pharmacy, and/or Data Analytics. - Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR)/Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Systems. - Completion of at least one (preferably 2) full life-cycle reputed company Health (Cerner) EHR implementations. - Has the knowledge, skills, and proficiency to understand the purpose, features, functions, benefits, and limitations of clinical information systems. - Knowledge of workflow development and documentation - Healthcare clinical and/or business functional experience preferred - Experience using MS Office 365 applications, including MS Teams, SharePoint, reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio - Proficiency in analysis and defining business needs, applying methodologies, supporting program management, exposure to client issues, and development of project deliverables in Health IT. - Ability to work independently under general guidance, experience working in teams and in a team environment that is process-oriented and deadline-driven. - Professional oral and written communication skills, relevant software or application skills necessary to complete the job successfully, and problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment. Preferred Skills: - Cerner EHR, Cerner Millennium, Electronic Health Record EHR Software, Health Information Management. - The ideal candidate will have experience in Behavioral Health. Day-to-day Responsibilities: Electronic Health Record (EHR) Analyst with reputed company/Cerner Behavioral Health, Ambulatory, Inpatient, Pharmacy, or Data Analytics experience. Supports the development, implementation, and maintenance of the IHS Modernized EHR system by providing reputed company Health Cerner Millennium solutions expertise to facilitate successful EHR design and build efforts for assigned IHS clinical and/or business domain groups. The HIT Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of the IHS Modernized EHR system by providing reputed company Health Cerner Millennium solutions expertise to facilitate successful EHR design and build efforts for assigned IHS clinical and/or business domain groups.
