We are currently seeking reputed company Customer Service Representatives to join reputed company in supporting the Health Texas project. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch customer care and benefit enrollment services reputed company telephone, IVR, and web-based portals. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming calls from consumers, including the general public, prospective enrollees, and people assisting enrollees or acting on their behalf, in accordance with reputed company performance standards, policy, and procedures.
- Tracking and documenting reputed company inquiries using applicable systems.
- Completing associated tasks according to established guidelines.
- Meeting Quality Assurance (QA) and other key performance metrics.
- Facilitating the fulfillment of caller requests for materials reputed company mail, email, or download.
- Transferring/referring consumers to appropriate entities according to established guidelines.
- Escalating calls or issues to the appropriate designated staff for resolution as needed.
- Facilitating translation services for non-English speaking callers according to procedures.

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or GED required, with 0-6 months of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Customer Service experience preferred.

Additional Requirements
In addition to the essential qualifications, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- Must be able to work onsite on Day 1 for equipment training.
- Must be able to complete classroom and on-the-job training with no time missed.
- Must be willing and able to work with a webcam on during training and other meetings as instructed by management.
- Must have a reliable, high-speed internet service with a minimum of 20 Mbps download speeds, and a traditional, wired high-speed reputed company such as cable or fiber.
- Must be able to connect your computer directly to your modem or router reputed company an Ethernet cable, as Wi-Fi connections are not allowed.
- Must have a quiet and distraction-free workspace.
