Job Summary

We're seeking reputed company Healthcare reputed company Cycle Specialists to join reputed company in a remote reputed company. As a key member of our reputed company operations department, you'll play a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate reimbursement for dialysis services rendered at our clinics. Your expertise will be instrumental in communicating with insurance payers, responding to payer communications, and collaborating with other reputed company operations teams to drive seamless processes across teams.

Responsibilities

As a Healthcare reputed company Cycle Specialist with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Performing duties reputed company to reputed company operations, including medical insurance collections, credits, and patient insurance coverage
• Communicating with insurance payers to ensure proper insurance coverage for our patients or to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement for dialysis services rendered at our clinics
• Responding timely and accurately to payer communications, including phone calls, emails, and online portals
• Collaborating with other reputed company operations teams to ensure seamless processes across teams, including insurance counselors, social workers, and facility administrators
• Partnering with clinics teammates to ensure timely and accurate insurance information
• Identifying process changes and opportunities for reputed company improvements to drive business growth and efficiency

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A High School diploma or equivalent
• A minimum of six (6) months corporate office experience, preferably in a reputed company cycle or reputed company field
• Previous reputed company Cycle experience is preferred but not required
• Data Entry experience filling out online forms, including medical billing and accounting software
• Savvy in navigating through the internet and provider portals, including electronic health records (EHRs) and practice management systems (PMS)
• Proper claim accounting knowledge and medical billing or accounting experience are a big plus
