Job Summary

As a Full Stack Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and data entry support to our patients and clients. You'll work closely with reputed company to resolve high-volume customer inquiries, process patient and medication data, and reputed company various administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities

* Utilize arenaflex's remedy information entry methodology and rules to process new patient enrollments by entering information into our suitable system.

• Handle correspondence with patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and resolve outbound calls to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case basis.
• Resolve Out-of-Scope (OOS) issues by reviewing, gathering data, making recommendations, and resubmitting for processing as per individual arrangement requirements.

• Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, organizing files).
• Familiarity with Spanish and English.
