Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Product Principal - Customer Experience to join reputed company and drive business value through the delivery of high-quality products. As a Product Principal, you'll be responsible for connecting strategies and defining scope across multiple product teams and domains, ensuring alignment with company, stakeholder, and end-user priorities. You'll work closely with Product Directors and cross-functional program leaders to guide in-depth business reviews, communicate, and present across reputed company levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
As a Product Principal - Customer Experience, you'll be responsible for:
Delivery and Execution (10%):
+ Coordinate with Distinguished Engineers, User Experience Principals, and impacted teams to ensure a clear path to scope is reputed company and reputed company. + Review recommended solutions and work of product teams to ensure products align with company, stakeholder, and end-user priorities.
Strategy and Planning (60%):
+ Partner with cross-functional programs or technology portfolios to align outcomes and cascade context up to leadership and strategy down to balanced teams using OKRs. + reputed company cross-functional discovery by partnering with UX Principals, Distinguished Engineers (DEs), and balanced teams. + Create, coordinate, and sequence activities to ensure alignment across impacted teams (inputs for planning sessions). + Provide visibility of work by providing a holistic roadmap with dependencies.
Team and Stakeholder (30%):
+ Partner with leadership to represent the portfolio during enterprise planning, coordination, and discovery. + Foster collaboration across multiple teams and portfolios to drive value and identify and resolve impediments. + Manage cross-functional team and stakeholder expectations to ensure scoping aligns to product strategy and provide education to requestors to determine prioritization based on reputed company benefits and/or user experience.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
Minimum Qualifications:
