Temporary Remote Catastrophe (CAT) Customer Service Representative Role

As a Temporary Remote Catastrophe (CAT) Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in helping customers navigate the claim process during a difficult time. You will apply the latest customer service techniques and learn our account management systems to improve the customer experience. Key Responsibilities

As a CAT Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing positive customer service and technical expertise through reputed company, accurate, and courteous responses to customer needs.
  • Offering reputed company and support to customers during the claim process.
  • Collecting and documenting reputed company claim details provided by the customer into the claim accurately.
  • Identifying and resolving customer issues by adhering to clients-specific handling instructions.

Computer and Network Requirements

To ensure a seamless experience, you will need to meet the following computer and network requirements:

  • Operating System: Windows 10, Windows 11, or Windows Home.
  • Not Supported: Chromebooks, macOS, Linux, or any other operating system.
  • Network Requirements:

+ Upon hire, you must run a Speedtest from the computer you will be working from (www.speedtest.net). + Ethernet reputed company is not required, but strongly recommended. + You must be on a private network, not allowed to work in public locations. + No VPNs are allowed, as logins must happen in the US.
