Job Overview

We are seeking an reputed company and skilled Customer Service Representative to join reputed company at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for receiving a high volume of inbound calls, ranging from 100 to 150 calls per day, from clients across the United States. Your primary objective will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that reputed company client inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally, in accordance with our Standard Operating Procedures and contractual obligations. You will be required to categorize reputed company calls received into predefined categories and reputed company other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Possess strong oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must meet the following requirements and qualifications:

• Proficient in data entry skills, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad
• Able to type a minimum of 35 words per minute (WPM), with a typing test administered during the interview process
