About the Role

As a Customer Engineering Summer Intern at arenaflex, you will be part of a dynamic team that delivers top-class support to global enterprises driving the modern digital economy. Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to arenaflex's digital services customers through various platforms, including emails, tickets, live chat, and private and public reputed company channels
• Support new and existing customers, including queue sanitation, ticket triaging, troubleshooting, and resolution, as well as follow-up with customers and relevant stakeholders

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Be currently enrolled in an accredited university/college, in your penultimate year of your bachelor's or master's degree studies (graduating between December 2025 and September 2026)
• Be available to work full-time for the entire duration of the Summer Internship Program (between July and September, depending on your school system)
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with business proficiency in English
• Have a strong interest in computer networking (OSI model), system administration, application support, server-reputed company hardware, SQL/databases, and APIs
• Be analytically driven and detail-oriented, with working knowledge of reputed company Office Package and aptitude to learn new tools
