As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls from patients, resolving their questions and concerns, and ensuring timely delivery of life-sustaining medications. Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound calls from patients, responding to their questions and concerns in a timely and compassionate manner
- Resolve patient issues, including prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage
- Provide empathetic and personalized support to patients, ensuring they feel heard and understood
- Work collaboratively with our pharmacy team to ensure timely delivery of medications
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
- 6+ months of high call center experience working in Windows, reputed company, or another application
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software and reputed company Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients and colleagues
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and resolution
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
* 6+ months of experience handling and resolving reputed company customer needs over the phone
- Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions
- Experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting
- Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds

Training Schedule
* Monday through Friday, 9:00am EST to 5:00pm EST (training schedule)
- Schedule availability: Monday through Sunday, 9:00pm EST to 9:00am (an 8-hour shift will be assigned to you 5 days a week reputed company this time frame)
Pay Range
* The typical pay range for this role is $17.02 to $27.16 per hour
