The Basics

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Support Representative to join reputed company. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing top-tier customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Formalities

Overview of Position

Under the general supervision of our CS Manager and Supervisors, you'll provide exceptional customer support during every interaction. Your responsibilities will include:

• Answering emails, live chat, and phone support inquiries
• Assisting customers with setting up their online shops, products, and E-Commerce platforms
• Troubleshooting issues with Printful Store and E-Commerce platforms
• Maintaining customer accounts and performing reputed company duties as required

Hours

* Training Schedule: 11am to 7:30pm Mon-Fri

• Training will take reputed company using virtual meetings in a classroom setting for several weeks
• Once training is complete, the schedule will be Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:30pm

Your Responsibilities

* Provide top-tier customer support through various communication channels (email, live chat, phone)

• Assist customers with setting up their online shops, products, and E-Commerce platforms
• Troubleshoot issues with Printful Store and E-Commerce platforms
• Maintain customer accounts and reputed company reputed company duties as required
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
